Lisa Escue is a household name in Trophy Club, Texas. Her career as a real estate professional spans more than 20 years. In that time, she's helped numerous buyers and sellers transition through major life milestones serving each one with the highest level of confidence, respect, and integrity. It wasn't long before Lisa's husband, Mark, joined her, and they dominated their market together.
We worked closely with them to create a name for their brokerage, brand positioning, and visual identity. Building on their success and reputation over 20 years, it was clear that Escue would need to be an integral part of their name, so Escue Real Estate was a natural fit.
We began with a competitive analysis by reviewing the lawn signs of each competitor. Knowing that lawn signs are real estate billboards, we set out to make sure their signs would pop against the Texas landscape and among their competitors. From there, we built their visual identity.

The treatment of the "E" in Escue became the centerpiece of their new visual identity. Sophisticated yet simple, it represents the quality and high-end service representative of the Escues. Blue and black were important colors for Lisa and Mark. The use of a rich blue with a black accent captured the essence of their new brand.
They decided to maintain their tagline, "Going the Extra Mile." because it genuinely embodied their service level, handling every detail to minimize stress, ensure a smooth transaction, and give an incredible client experience.
We created an elevator speech that described their client philosophy in more depth and made sure to share they're in it for the long haul:
